What is Latin Quarters 7 days return & exchange policy? How does it work?
Latin Quarters 7 days returns policy gives you an option to return items purchased from Latin Quarters website for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.
Kindly note, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please also note that we only offer size exchange. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return it to obtain store credit and purchase the new item separately.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to our 7 days Return & Exchange Policy:
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact ( No Returns on Jewelry & Handbags)
- Items purchased under any promotional SALE or Offer are valid for return with refund processed as Gift Card or LQ Store credit. . In case of damaged product, Latin Quarters store credit will be issued.
- We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Latin Quarters website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
- In case your pincode is unavailable for reverse pickup, you would have to self-ship your return/exchange package to F90/2, Block F, Okhla Phase I, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi, Delhi 110020 and email us the AWB number along with order id on email@example.com
- Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service. A fixed amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed to your Latin Quarters account as store credit subject to the return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy
- Please allow 24 hours post-delivery of your order for your order status to be updated in your Latin Quarters account.
- Please check the items, type of return/exchange, and other related details carefully. Our courier partner will pick up only the items mentioned at the time of submitting the return/exchange request by you
- In case the items handed over to the courier person don't match the details of the items mentioned in the return/exchange request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you accordingly.
- If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return.
Which products are not eligible for return and exchange?
Returns or exchanges would not be accepted for Accessories & Handbags.
How do I return products purchased from Latin Quarters?
You can return products purchased from Latin Quarters within 7 days of receiving the product. Please follow these steps -
- Visit ‘Return & Exchange’’ tab on Latin Quarters website and follow the instructions. Please make a note of the Return ID that is generated at the end of the process.
- All refunds shall be processed in the original form of payment. In case of online purchase, the amount will be credited back to your account . In case of COD, store credit will be issued to your Latin Quarters account.
- We offer a pick-up facility in select locations based on our courier serviceability. If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product(s) in a packet. The product(s) must be unused, unwashed and all the tags should be intact. We will pick up the return within 4-5 business days from the request placement date. Keep the packet ready to expedite the return pickup.
- If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us by any reliable courier service within 7 days of raising a return request. Please pack the product(s) and ensure that it is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Please do mention the Order No. and Return ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. Kindly address the package to the following address -

- We request you to share the courier details along with Order Id, Return Id on firstname.lastname@example.org for us to initiate the Rs.100 store credits to your account, valid for all your future purchases with Latin Quarters. Any product self-shipped after 7 days of raising a return request will not be considered. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse.
Does Latin Quarters pick up the product I want to return/exchange from my location?
Currently, we pick up products only from selected PIN Codes. Please note the following salient points -
- We will pick up the return within 4-5 business days from the request placement date. In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural calamity, political issue, logistic delay) the return pick up might be delayed until resolved.
- Please keep the return/exchange shipment ready and ensure that the product(s) is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact.
How can I self-ship the return/exchange product?
In case your area pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to self-ship the item(s) to be returned via any reliable courier partner. Please ensure that you place a sheet of paper with details of the Order ID and Return/Exchange ID in the package. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed Rs. 100 via Latin Quarters Store Credits.

Can I return a product purchased under SALE/ Promotional Offer?
You can raise a return request within 7 days from the date of product received. All refunds for products purchased under promotional offers/Sale will be credited as store credit / gift card.
How long will it take for me to receive the refund of my returned product?
We will take a total of 15 business days to process the refund in your account/LQ store credit.
- For non-promotional product purchased, once a return request is received, pick up will be arranged in 4-5 working days. Refund will be processed after the received product has passed the quality check. In case of Online purchase, the refund will be processed in the original mode of payment and for COD, Latin Quarters store credit will be issued that can be used for future purchases. It will take 15 business days from the date of return request raised for refund /store credit to reflect in your account.
- If you self-ship the return order, the product(s) will first go through a quality check at our end. Once it clears the check, the refund process will be initiated within 15 business days from date of return request in the form of Latin Quarters Store Credits. In case the product does not meet our quality check, we will not be able to process the refund.
- Entire Refund process will take 15 business days to reflect in your original mode of payment or LQ store credit. There might be delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of products purchased under promotional offers, refund will be processed as Store Credit or Gift card.
I have received store credits. How do I redeem them while placing an order?
Please sign in with your registered email ID to view and utilize your store credits. On the checkout page, a store credit tab will reflect your store credits.
How do I return/exchange multiple products from a single order?
- If you are returning/exchanging multiple products from a single order together, we will generate a single Return ID/Exchange ID for all products and you will receive an e-mail and SMS confirmation for the same
- You can return as many items from a single order within the 7 days return policy. We will accept your return/exchange and arrange a reverse pick-up for the same.
Why did the pick-up of my product fail?
We make three attempts to pick up the item. If the item is not picked up on the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed. You would have to reach out to the customer support team to initiate the return request again.
What should I do if I receive a damaged/defective/incomplete/wrong order from Latin Quarters?
For any defective/ damaged/incomplete/wrong order delivered, we request you to send us images of the defective/wrong product within 48 hours of receiving the order on Whatsapp +91-9910007254 or
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Please keep in mind the following–
- You need to send a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 pictures
- Kindly ensure the images are clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the outfit is highlighted in red
- You must send us an image of the original labels and tags intact along with the invoice.
