How Do I Know That My Order Is Placed Successfully?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation mail and SMS from Latin Quarters. This mail will have all the details related to your order.

Can I Place An Order For A Product Which Is Out Of Stock?

We regularly update our product range, but every once in a while, you may miss out on something. Send us a mail along with the style code, size or image, and we will check all our locations across India for the availability of the product. Such orders have to be pre-paid and are not applicable for COD.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets & UPI payments. COD is accepted for orders which are serviced by our courier partners. A nominal charge of Rs 100 is added for all COD orders. Please check COD options for your Pin Code. COD orders are applicable on a minimum order value of Rs 100.00 and a maximum order value of Rs 3,000.

What Happens If My Money Is Deducted For A Failed Transaction?

If your account is debited and no order was placed, do not worry. Please check with your bank, if the money is debited. If yes, then it will be rolled back into your account within 7 working days.
