How Do I Find My Size?

Please refer to our size guide to see our basics measurements. The size chart has US, UK and European sizes with conversions for easy references. Each product also has its size and fit details mentioned in the product page.

How Do I Know That My Order Is Placed Successfully?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation mail and SMS from Latin Quarters. This mail will have all the details related to your order.

Can I Place An Order For A Product Which Is Out Of Stock?

We regularly update our product range, but every once in a while, you may miss out on something. Send us a mail along with the style code, size or image, and we will check all our locations across India for the availability of the product. Such orders have to be pre-paid and are not applicable for COD.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets & UPI payments. COD is accepted for orders which are serviced by our courier partners. A nominal charge of Rs 100 is added for all COD orders. Please check COD options for your Pin Code. COD orders are applicable on a minimum order value of Rs 100.00 and a maximum order value of Rs 5,000.

Are My Card Details Secure?

We strive to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience. All Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Wallet and Net Banking transactions are processed using a secure encrypted connection to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. We do not keep any of your details on file. If you suspect any fraudulent activity on your card, please get in touch with your bank immediately.

What If My Payment Is Declined?

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring that all the details of the card are entered correctly, e.g. card number, expiry date, billing address, CVV, OTP or password etc. You can also contact your bank if the above fails or try with another payment mode. If you've tried all these yet have not had a successful payment, then please contact our Customer Care Team with details of the problem including any error messages and they would be happy to help.

How Can I Use A Coupon Code On My Order?

In the payment section, you will see an option for 'Coupon Code.' Enter the coupon code there and the discount will be automatically applied to your order. Only one coupon code can be applied per order. In case you have some issues with the coupon code then please get in touch with us.

What Happens If My Money Is Deducted For A Failed Transaction?

If your account is debited and no order was placed, do not worry. Please check with your bank, if the money is debited. If yes, then it will be rolled back into your account within 7 working days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately will not be able to expedite this. Please contact your bank for any updates. If the transaction is successful and the money has been credited to our account, we would initiate the refund within 3 working days of your request. Please get in touch with our Customer Care Team and they would be happy to help.

Is There Tax Being Charged On My Orders

We Levy Goods and Services Tax (GST) on the sale of any product sold on our website. The price you see is the final price and includes all taxes.

What Are The Shipping Charges?

Shipping charges are FREE across India for all orders above Rs 1000*. A nominal charge of Rs 100 is added for orders which are less than Rs 1000.

When Will My Order Be Delivered?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-36 hours from order confirmation. Depending on your location, your order will reach you within 3-5 working days after dispatch from our warehouse. The shipping & delivery is handled by our courier & logistics partners.

How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?

At every step of your order, you will receive a mail & SMS from us updating you on the status. You can also check the status of the order in your My Account section of the website. If your query is not resolved, please get in touch with Customer Care Team and they would be happy to help.

Do You Ship Outside India?

Currently we only ship within India.

Why Is My Order Delayed?

Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your mails and SMS regularly for order updates.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, you may cancel an order within 24 hours from the time of placing it. Login in to your account, click on “My Account” and select the order that you wish to cancel. Follow the instructions there for cancelling.

Why Is My Order Cancelled From Your End?

In the rare case that the product fails our final quality test or the product you ordered runs out of stock, we will have to cancel your order. In such a case, you will be informed immediately and your full amount will be refunded along with any shipping if already paid.

What If I Am Not Available At The Time Of Delivery?

Courier companies will usually call you to check your availability on your registered mobile number before delivery. In case the delivery fails, the order can be re-dispatched after taking appropriate instructions from you.

What Happens If I Receive The Wrong Order Or Product?

We apologize for the same. In the rare case that you receive a wrong or partial order, please do not use it & get in touch with our Customer Support team immediately and we would be happy to help.

What Happens If I Receive My Product In Damaged Condition?

We apologize for the same. In case you notice that your order packaging is damaged or tampered, kindly refuse to accept the delivery and return it to the courier personnel. In case the product is damaged, kindly follow the instructions in our Returns & Exchange section of the website. How Do I Exchange Or Return?

At Latin Quarters, your satisfaction is our priority. If at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order and we will exchange the product or refund the entire amount paid. All you need to do is drop an email at care@latin-quarters.com or call us within a period of 30 days, from the date of delivery, clearly mentioning the order number and stating the reason for return. What Are The Return Charges?

We offer FREE* and easy exchange through courier pickup at most Pin Codes in India. In case your pin code is not serviceable then you can self-ship the package securely. When Will My Reverse Pick Up Happen?

It normally takes within 3-5 working days for the courier company to get in touch with you and initiate the reverse pickup. If for any reason you have not been contacted by the courier company then please get in touch with our Customer Care Team and they would be happy to help.

When Will I Receive My Exchanged Order?

Exchange items are shipped within 24-36 hours after the item returned have passed our quality checks. Depending on your location, your exchanged order will reach you within 3-5 working days after dispatch from our warehouse.

How Do I Get My Money Refunded?

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI or Wallet you will receive the refund into the source account. For COD orders cash would be refunded via bank transfer. Both processes would be done within 7-10 working days from the time of order cancellation and us completing the inspection / quality process.
