We thrive on the quality of our product and take immense pride in our high standards. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product or have purchased a wrong size, we are happy to help.

  • Products purchased on the website can be exchanged or returned within 15 days from date of dispatch. We offer FREE* and easy exchange through reverse courier pickup at most Pin Codes in India serviced by our courier partners. In case your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, then you can self-ship the package securely. 
  • Products on special offers, discounts and promotions cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Products purchased on our website can also be exchanged or returned at any of our exclusive stores throughout India. Just carry your invoice along with the product to our exclusive stores and our team would be happy to assist.
  • For creating a Return Request Log-In to our website> Go To My Account> Click on Return & Exchange> Place your Return Request.
  • Please email us at with your order details or call us at 09910007254 Mon-Fri, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST, and our customer care team will guide you through the hassle free process.
  • Return Request can be placed only post delivery of the product.
  • The product should be unused / unwashed and in original condition with all packaging & tags. Bags and Jewellery can not be exchanged or returned once delivered unless it is a manufacturing defect. 
  • If your order is cancelled or undelivered, we would refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if already paid online.
  • If you receive the order with damaged or tampered outside packaging, please refuse to accept the order and return it back to the courier company.
  • In the rare chance that you receive a wrong, partial or defected order, please get in touch with our team with immediately. Please do not use the product. You need to also take an image / video of the product & packaging along with the order for our investigation. Refunds & exchanges will only be done after the investigation process is completed and the products has been quality checked by our team.
  • For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account. For COD orders cash would be refunded via bank transfer. Both processes would be done within 7-10 working days from the time of order cancellation and us completing the inspection / quality process.
  • A gift card will be issued for the return of discounted products.
  • No return / exchange will be accepted if the item is purchased via gift card received as refund for previous return or exchange.
  • In case of exchange orders which are self-shipped by the customer, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the your account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the products. The customer can use this coupon code for all future orders.
  • Please make sure that the returned products are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service. Self-shipped products should be dispatched from your end within 48 hours of receiving the product. 
  • Any returned products received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • Shipping and COD costs if paid extra, are non refundable.
